Service and maintenance for audio visual and video conferencing often gets overlooked by clients because they are unaware that it exists. In surveys that have been carried out it has been found that people are more afraid of presenting than they are of death!

stuff yet true - we have also found that one very big part of this
fear is lack of trust and knowledge in the AV hardware. This is where
a good service company with a training arm can alleviate much of the
fear associated with holding a presentation.
No one likes to be embarrassed, let alone in front of an audience. Properly serviced and maintained equipment lasts longer and is more reliable. Some of the hardware we supply tells us via email that there is a potential problem long before the hardware fails – we can then tell you and you can use a different room – no embarrassment!
Our Service Department consists of service professionals from both inside and outside the AV industry. This presents a wide knowledge base for which to offer an industry leading quality of service.
Our Service Manager Nigel Tallick worked at IBM as a Service Department Manager for 20 years prior to joining Pixel Projects Ltd and, as such, comes with fantastic credentials, professionalism and references. This level of expertise and attention to detail is then filtered down to our Service Sales Desks and Site Engineers.
Although we have a standard contract we are happy to alter the contract should you have specific requirements such as 24 hour support or on-site spares. For the larger AV and VC users we can provide facilities managed on-site engineers and technicians which provide the benefit of immediate response times, higher user satisfaction, immaculately kept meeting rooms and above all confidence by the users.
Pixel Projects Ltd can also finish and support installations carried out by third party AV companies which are not our own dealers.
